The Museum of Illusions Pittsburgh is a mind-bending menagerie located on the North Shore, ideally nestled between PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium, making it a great place to check out before or after sports events. The museum features over 80 exhibits, illusions, and photo opportunities. Our staff are illusion experts, ready to help you snag pictures of all the memories you will make. With an inclusive museum that is recommended for all ages, anyone can join in on the fun. Guests of MOI Pittsburgh are immediately struck by the cool and vibrant atmosphere of the venue. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help visitors get the perfect photos. Jiji, one of the enthusiastic greeters, goes out of her way to assist guests and recommends reserving slots during the weekends when the museum is busier. She also advises visitors to wear comfortable shoes, as certain areas do not allow stilettos.
Visitors Kelsey Bowers and Mike Mertz sought new and different activities in Pittsburgh and found themselves at the MOI. They shared that they took many great photos and enjoyed the larger interactive illusion sets.
Mark your calendars for a special event in June: MOI Pittsburgh will host its second AfterDARK event on Thursday, June 13th, from 6-8 pm, where your ticket will get you access to exclusive after-hours access to all the mind-bending exhibits, two drink tickets, and delicious light bites and snacks from Tom’s Watch Bar. Gather your friends for an unforgettable evening filled with illusions and great music by DJ Cake. Tickets are limited. Please note, this is a 21+ event.
The museum is also available to rent for your own private events. Events at MOI can range anywhere from corporate team building to school field trips.
Museum of Illusions Pittsburgh is open from 10-8pm on Sunday-Thursday and from 10-9pm on Friday and Saturday.
